Restaurant ADAM is located on the Overtoom 515 A, in Amsterdam Old West. We love to surprise you with our beautiful, balanced fish and meat dishes. We can of course also cook solely vegetarian dishes for you and we will take any allergies or diets into account.

Wild-caught or bycatch is scarce, that is why we also work with good quality, alternative farmed products. We love to buy at local, specialised suppliers. Sustainability is one of our priorities.”

Every two months, ADAM surprises you with a new menu of 4, 5 or 6 courses. You can choose from two options, vis and meat or vegetarian. Any diets and allergies will naturally be taken into account. Please mention this when you reserve online.

ADAM selects his wines with a lot of care and attention during an afternoon of trial cooking before the start of each new menu. At those sessions we select the wines that are the best match for every dish, together with our wine suppliers. Our elaborate wine list is composed with the same principle in mind. For me, "food" is the only form of art that truly engages all the senses. and so, The culinary experience, the ideas and the overall atmosphere at ADAM exceeded any expectation I didn't had. The pairing between the flavors with great wine, the textures, the presentation, the smells, the fun conversations with the other diners and the staff (thank you!) Innovative Küche in cooler Atmosphäre
Wir hatten das Tasting Menu mit Fisch, vegetarisch oder Fleisch wäre auch möglich gewesen. Davor köstliche Austern und dazu eine sehr interessante Weinbegleitung. Die Fischspeisen spannend und kreativ umgesetzt, tolle Kombinationen. Fabulous food, wine and ambience

Outstanding fine dinning
Me and my fiancée had the pleasure of dinning here after we got engaged. The staff were all amazing and very informative about the different food and wines that were served. We chose the 5 plate option, every plate was delicious and neatly presented. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, I will be visiting again on my return to Amsterdam
