Arne Russchen - restaurant Adam

Chef Arne Russchen of Restaurant ADAM has a passion for flavor. Together with his team, he ensures that every ingredient reaches its full potential. "We prefer to cook with the seasons. Wild-caught fish or 'bycatch' is scarce, which is why we also work with good, alternative aquaculture. Furthermore, we source from small specialized suppliers, preferably in the immediate vicinity of our restaurant. Sustainability is our top priority."

ADAM surprises you every two months with a new menu of 4, 5, or 6 courses. Enjoy our surprise menu with the option of being fully vegetarian. Any dietary requirements and allergies will, of course, be taken into account. Don't forget to mention this when you reserve online.

ADAM carefully selects its wines. We do this during an afternoon of test cooking. Together with our wine suppliers, we select the wines that best complement the new surprise menu. You'll find the final selection in our wine pairing. Our extensive wine list is compiled with the same care. We'd be happy to tell you more about it when you visit us.
