After ten remarkable years at Overtoom 515A in Amsterdam, Restaurant ADAM is embarking on a new chapter. With mixed emotions, we’ve decided not to continue at this location. The long-awaited foundation work still remains pending.
Though we’re letting go of our permanent venue, ADAM’s soul remains vibrantly alive. In fact, we’re excited to share our passion for gastronomy in new and surprising ways.
